Anna Faris has her share of famous costars in the new "Scary Movie," but off camera, there's one leading man who eclipses them all.
The aughts comedy icon, who returns as Cindy Campbell in a revival of the beloved horror spoof franchise, attended the movie's world premiere on Wednesday, June 3, alongside son Jack Pratt.
The red-carpet event marked a rare public appearance for the mother-son pair. Faris, 49, shares 13-year-old Jack with former husband Chris Pratt.
Faris and Jack were dressed to the nines for the occasion. The actress stunned in a sleek black halter dress, which Faris gave some edge to with a pair of side cutouts in the frock's silhouette. Meanwhile, Jack looked dashing in a navy-blue suit and white button-down shirt.

While at the premiere, Faris and Jack also posed for a sweet family photo with Faris' husband, cinematographer Michael Barrett, and his children, Dashiell Barrett and Margot Barrett.
Faris welcomed Jack, her only child, in August 2012 following three years of marriage to Chris Pratt. Jack was born nine weeks premature and spent about a month in the intensive care unit, Pratt later revealed.

Faris and Pratt separated in 2017. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star went on to marry Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of "Terminator" icon Arnold Schwarzenegger, in 2019. The couple shares three children.

Anna Faris interview: How 'Scary Movie' star, Wayans brothers revived iconic franchise
In a recent interview with USA TODAY, Faris opened up about her relationship with son Jack, revealing that the teen visited her during production on "Scary Movie."
"He's got to know how the sausage is made! He's been coming to our sets since he was born," Faris said. She added that she excitedly showed him the film's trailer, and although he acted like he wasn't too interested, "then I caught him watching it again."
The new "Scary Movie," the sixth installment in the Wayans Brothers-helmed franchise, takes the parody series back to its raunchy comedy roots after a 13-year absence, including nonstop physical comedy, gross-out gags and pop culture references.
While chatting with USA TODAY, Faris joked that Jack is unfazed by the movie's lewd nature.
"I can't remember if there were fake testicles [on the set]. I should remember. But he's pretty seasoned," Faris said. "Nothing can really shock him. I'm proud that he gets to see what I do for a living. He won't really tell me, but I know he's really excited about this movie, and that feels really good."
"Scary Movie" will be released in theaters on Friday, June 5.
