Kylie Jenner’s former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, has reportedly filed a lawsuit, and one of her claims involves Timothee Chalamet. A woman who claims she worked as Jenner’s housekeeper alleges she did cleaning work not only at Jenner’s homes, but also at Chalamet’s place, without receiving any reimbursement for the added travel. Vasquez claims she started working for Jenner in September 2024 and resigned in August 2025.

The Sun reported that the allegations come from Kylie Jenner’s former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, who filed a lawsuit naming Jenner and her company, Kylie Jenner Inc., as defendants. According to documents that the outlet obtained, Vasquez claims her job sent her beyond her “primary work site.” She allegedly had to visit other properties associated with Jenner.
Moreover, she claims that there was direction to clean at Timothee Chalamet’s Los Angeles residence on multiple occasions, alleging she paid for the commute herself and did not get any reimbursement for “mileage and transportation costs.”

Beyond the travel claim, the lawsuit also includes Vasquez’s allegations that she faced demeaning treatment from other domestic staffers. She accuses them of targeting her Salvadoran background, her accent, her immigration status, and her Catholic faith, with one alleged incident in the complaint standing out. In that, the lawsuit records that Vasquez recalled a supervisor getting “violent” on March 29 last year, and she said that the person threw hangers at her feet while “reprimanding” her.
Additionally, Vasquez alleges wage violations, including “failure to pay all wages earned,” late or missing pay, unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest periods, and unpaid business expenses, which she claims caused “serious emotional distress,” according to the filing.
The U.S. Sun reported that it reached out to Jenner and Chalamet for comment. Right now, the former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez’s lawsuit against Kylie Jenner brings private household matters into public view — but it is Vasquez’s attempt to hold her former employer responsible for what she claims happened on the job.
